A blend of Bordeaux’s two white varieties, combining Sauvignon Blanc’s richness and tropical fruit complexity with Semillon’s roundness and Bordelaise flinty and earthy qualities. An abundantly aromatic wine that is fresh and fluid and very drinkable. Non-Mevushal

A 50/50 blend of the classic Bordeaux’s, Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot. A shocking, awe inspiring nose, showing up front notes of dragonfruit and raspberries, alongside more complex notes of bouquet garni, barrel spice and scorched earth. This is a medium to full bodied wine, with firm tannins. On the palate look for vibrant flavors of fruit punch, cherries, and raspberries, and an overall personality that is reminiscent of top flight Bordelaise wine. Non-Mevushal
