Dry red wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Upper Galilee. After having undergone extended fermentation with skins still on, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. In order to preserve it's full potential, the wine was not fined and only coarsely filtered prior to bottling, therefore natural sediment may appear during bottle maturation. Mevushal

Following a short maceration on its skins, the grapes were gently pressed, then fermented ar a low temperature in stainless steel tanks in order to retain the grapes' aromatic character, the wine continued its aging in stainless steel tanks for a further three months. Non-Mevushal
