This Chardonnay is a clean, bright yellow color. In the nose are aromas of tropical fruit and soft touches of butter and almonds. On the palate it is fresh, with a fresh balanced acidity, and a long, persistent finish. Mevushal

Slightly sweet and aromatic, full of tropical fruit aromas, with Muscat flavors folded into delicate, pleasant floral notes. The Muscat of Alexandria grapes arrived to the winery in the morning after being mechanically harvested. They are immediately, gently and quickly, pressed in order to obtain high quality white must. The must is transferred to insulated refrigerated tanks for 24 hours in order to separate the clean juice from the sediment. After decantation of the must, yeast is added and fermentation begins. This lasts for about two weeks at a temperature of 14°C in order to preserve the wine’s floral aroma. Toward the end of the fermentation process, the wine is cooled, and then filtered to stop fermentation and retain some of the wine’s sweetness. The Viognier grapes are harvested about one week later, and then undergo a similar process, although they are fermented until dry. Finally, several tasters from the winery's tasting panel decide on the final blend – 65% Muscat of Alexandria and 35% Viognier. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, in order to maintain its crisp, fresh qualities. Mevushal

Fortune favours the brave. Back in the 1830´s Charles Tanqueray wasn't afraid to mix his bold ideas. His ingenious pursuit for perfection paid off, creating Tanqueray London Dry, a perfectly balanced gin and one of the most awarded gins in the world.

Taconic Distillery’s Dutchess Private Reserve is crafted in small batches using only the finest ingredients including natural spring water from Rolling Hills Farm, located in historic Hudson Valley, New York. Described as subtle and sophisticated. A beautiful bouquet of spice and honey with gentle notes of vanilla coming out to provide for a smooth finish. This is a bourbon for sharing with friends.

Named for our country’s founding fathers, Taconic Distillery’s Founder’s Rye Whiskey is aged in virgin American white oak barrels to a golden caramel color. Rye lovers will appreciate its bold, spicy flavor with a mildly sweet finish. Delicious in cocktails and decidedly smooth when sipped neat or on the rocks.

To make this whiskey, Taconic empties barrels that previously aged bourbon made at their distillery. They then get sent to Catskill Mountain Sugarhouse where the barrels are filled with maple syrup. After a few months of aging, the syrup is bottled. The casks are then refilled with bourbon for another few months.
