The Alexander Valley Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon exibits black berry, black cherry and licorice aromas and flavors, which are characteristic of this regions wines. Aging for 17 months in oak barrels has also contributed layers of mocha and vanilla. This wine is wonderful with an aged ribeye, lamb roast or pasta dishes with red sauce. To retain its character, only light filtration occured and therefore sediment may appear as it ages. Mevushal

A 50/50 blend of the classic Bordeaux’s, Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot. A shocking, awe inspiring nose, showing up front notes of dragonfruit and raspberries, alongside more complex notes of bouquet garni, barrel spice and scorched earth. This is a medium to full bodied wine, with firm tannins. On the palate look for vibrant flavors of fruit punch, cherries, and raspberries, and an overall personality that is reminiscent of top flight Bordelaise wine. Non-Mevushal
