Grapes grown in the unique climate of the Upper Galilee, mainly from the premium Dishon Vineyard in the Kadesh Valley, were harvested at ultimate ripeness. The wine underwent a protracted post-fermentation maceration on the skins, as well as fourteen months aging in a mixture of French and American oak, in order to arrive at the optimum extraction and balance of fruit, tannin and oak. Luria Chardonnay without wood was produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine is made from the juice that flows from the grape during its separation fr om the spines and without any squeezing, a more aromatic and fresh juice is obtained which isthen fermented at a cold and controlled temperature in a stainless steel container to express the characteristics of the variety. Luria Chardonnay without wood, as the character of the soil and the vineyard has a rich minerality and feels like a mosaic of fruity and floral aromas. Luria Gewurztraminer was produced from 100% Gewurztraminer grapes, grown at an altitude of 870 meters in the unique soil structure of Kerem Yosef Saida, spread at the foot of Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee. The wine creates in the process where the juice is separated from the skins without squeezing, a more aromatic and fresh juice is obtained. The wine has a greenish straw color, rich aromas of citrus fruits, tropical fruits, kiwi and pineapple, with a gentle sweetness with a balanced and pleasant acidity. Mevushal

Pasco Project was made by Lewis Pasco at the Beit El Winery. Lewis Pasco was the winemaker for Tishbi and Recanati before deciding to be an independent winemaker. This wine is made from 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, and 7% Carignan from the Benjamin region. It has aged for 9 months in French oak. It is designed to display the characteristics of central Israel and be enjoyed when young. It displays fresh and dried fruits, regional herbs, the earthiness of the terrain, and the smokiness of nicely overlaid tannins. This is very big and rich for such a young age.
